We are living in a fast-changing and challenging time. A time where we are under immense pressure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is devastating lives and livelihoods and which has triggered a global economic crisis with far-reaching implications. We are also living in a time where, due to new emerging technologies, job skills and working conditions are changing, and millions of jobs are at risk of being automated. Furthermore, while all this is going on, let us not forget that climate change is affecting our natural environment, fuelling conflict and mass migration in many parts of the world, and also harming our health and wellbeing, global security and world peace.
In these unsettling times, with everything changing so rapidly and so extensively, I see in my practice more and more people who feel disconnected, stressed, anxious, tense and who find it difficult to unwind and motive themselves. In other words they are struggling to cope with increased levels of uncertainty and change that they experience in their lives which is affecting their health and wellbeing.
Health and wellbeing are our most valuable assets in these fast-changing times and fostering them vital to cope and to be resilient for the challenges ahead and flourish in the flow of evolution.
For these new times a new integral health and wellbeing approach is needed that offers a long-term perspective.
Body-centred Stress Coaching is a novel integral (body-mind-spirit) treatment approach that helps you to face and traverse your current challenges but also helps you to futurize y'ourself and become more resilient for the future.
